What size am I?

Our sizes are currently only: CH, M and G. Which are equivalent to the measurements:

CH (28 -30) in centimeters: Bust: 76 to 94cm, Waist: 60 to 74cm, Hip: 88 to 105cm

M (32-34) in centimeters: Bust: 80 to 98cm, Waist: 64 to 69cm, Hip: 94 to 107cm

G (36-38) in centimeters: Bust: 85 to 102cm, Waist: 70 to 86cm, Hip: 98 to 112cm

How do I redeem my discount?

To make it valid, your discount must have a CODE that you must enter in the corresponding area right at the time of payment. Remember that they are valid.

Guarantees on our garments

WARRANTY OF 15 DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT.

All our products are carefully supervised before leaving the factory, once they arrive at the warehouse and before being shipped to their destination. Even so, there is a small probability that they will become damaged, stained or have any damage, which is why Shika Linda covers them with a 15-day guarantee. This begins once you arrive at your home, basically we give you 1 to 3 occasions to use your clothes and so you can notice if you have any reason for which you want to make a change, even if it is a minimum detail, contact us so we can offer you a discount or special price on your next purchase and remedy the damage a bit.

Changes Size/Model

To make a size change, you can do so within 15 days after receiving your order. Your change may be due to your size, whether you want a smaller or larger size. Or you also want to make a model change, to carry out the model change, communicate directly via whatsapp or facebook chat as there may be a different price and therefore a difference to pay, or in your case a refund proportional to your original payment method. According to the size change we have a tempting proposal that is the following: 1.- Contact via chat or email to request a size change. 2.- You will be sent a prepaid guide that you can print and thus take your package to the parcel closest to your home. 3.- You pay for the return shipment of your garment with the correct size to your address, and the same amount that you have paid for shipping will be discounted on your next order! Ready that easy.

Returns

"I am not satisfied with my purchase"

Once your purchase has been made and it has been delivered to the address indicated by the customer, the customer will have 7 days to request a refund for all the products purchased. The process is very simple: the client is sent a guide for the return of the garments to the Shika Linda warehouse, likewise the "promotional purchase" must be returned together with the garments or products purchased as a gift according to the promotion of season. Once they have arrived back at the warehouse in good condition, the return is made for the total amount of the garments plus not the shipping payment, the return will be reflected in a shika linda gift card, or a return in the method of Original payment, if you choose the gift card, it will be sent to your email 2 to 3 business days after receipt of the products in the warehouse and the customer will be notified to ensure that they have received it. Or at the same time your return will be reflected on your credit card or method used.

Do you ship to all of Mexico?

Absolutely! We ship through Fedex, so if this type of courier does not exist in your area, contact us to find a way to send your products through another company, contact us in that case BEFORE making your purchase. Remember that if Fedex is in your area you will not have to worry.

The most important thing to avoid delivery delays is that you can enter an address that necessarily includes all the requested requirements, since an address without a number or incomplete data will not have the opportunity to be sent.

How soon will I receive my purchase?

Once your purchase is made, you will receive your tracking number in a maximum of 2-3 days, where you can track your order that most likely will arrive in 2-3 days at the requested address.
